Use this dual blend powder foundation wet or dry to achieve a seamless blend of makeup to perfect your complexion. Adjustable coverage from light to full in a sleek compact to take with you on the go! When it is applied using a damp Blender Sponge (DS41), it gives a very natural-looking coverage with an illuminating finish. When applied dry, it is matte full coverage that has a very smooth velvet finish on the skin. It can be used alone or it can be used to set a liquid foundation when applied dry with a powder brush.
